If you are not happy with the product, you can choose to cancel your order within 30 calendar days after delivery. Just contact us to obtain a full refund on the product side of your order. As we make the delivery via third parties, you will receive a full refund of the price paid, less relevant transport and collection costs once returned items have been inspected.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging.

We would ask you to provide photo evidence showing the condition and location of your product before we arrange the collection.

A refund will be issued within 5 working days of the order being received, once the order has been checked off by our team.
