• The 2 items must be identical and packed in wooden crates
• The price must be inclusive of VAT plus any additional charges, such as the transport provided by third parties. (Please note: the delivery type should be the same as ours, not a local delivery or “collect in store”).
• The items must not be end of line or returned/discontinued stock.
• The price must be the normal price of the item, i.e., not in a sale or on special offer.
• The alternative item must currently be available to order and paid for on the day.
